Track an object in a video
Film side-on with the camera held still. Then mark the object frame by frame to get its position and velocity.

- Check the frame rate. It is detected for you; set it up for slow-motion clips.
- Set the scale and origin. Drag along a known length, then click where x and y are zero.
- Click the object. Auto tracks it across frames. Choose Manual to mark one frame at a time.
